01 What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the factory and the specific product. We confirm the workable MOQ with the source factory for your item before you commit.
02 Can you arrange samples before a bulk order?
Yes. We can source and send samples for confirmation prior to mass production — especially useful for molded or custom parts.
03 What are typical lead times?
Lead time varies by product and whether tooling is required. We share an estimated timeline with each quote and track progress against it.
04 How do you control quality?
We audit suppliers and run pre-shipment inspection against the agreed specification — checking specs, function, finish, quantity and packaging.
05 What payment terms do you support?
Terms are agreed per order and confirmed in writing before production. Details are arranged by email.
06 Can you handle logistics and shipping?
Yes. We plan logistics and coordinate dispatch as part of the end-to-end service, through to delivery.
07 Which products do you source?
We focus on two areas: hardware tools, and general trade products together with injection-molding related products such as molds, molded parts and supporting components.
